Harbin Wanda Ski Park Receives “World’s Largest Indoor Ski Facility” from Guinness World Records

Acer Snowmec, the designers behind the landmark resort Harbin Wanda Ski Park in Harbin, northern China, has broken a world record and received the “World’s Largest Indoor Ski Facility” from the Guinness World Records on April 15th. The award ceremony was held in Harbin Wanda City. Harbin Wanda Ski Park covers an area of 80,000 square meters, and the steel used to build it exceeds that of the Beijing Olympic "Bird's Nest" Stadium. There are 6 different ski slopes designed for the absolute first time to expert skiers. The vertical drop is more than 80 meters. The park has the capacity to provide skiing entertainment for 3,000 people at any one time.
