MOI’s design creates a contemporary space that promotes collaboration and Avon’s brand while reducing its environmental impact. In addition to makings its new Manhattan offices look beautiful and create a feminine, timeless environment, Avon asked MOI’s design team to create collaborative space and efficiencies that would reduce occupancy costs. For the open-plan environment, MOI worked with Avon to standardize a one-size workstation that would reduce the cost of moves while providing flexibility for future changes. Collaborative spaces include communal pantries, AV-equipped conference rooms and a Telepresence video conference facility that connects Avon associates worldwide. The headquarters also contains a jewelry design studio, photo studio, image room and company store.
