Dubai Marina is the world’s largest planned waterfront community, to accommodate 100,000 people in 10 distinct districts.
This residential and resort development shifted the perceived center of Dubai further west along the shore of the Arabian Gulf and advanced the city’s transformation into a commercial, entertainment and resort hub.
The first completed phase sets a new standard for development in Dubai. It includes six residential towers and villas totaling more than 1,000 units perched atop a dynamic waterfront-retail promenade.
The villas front the water’s edge and encircle the site, providing a human scale to the development at the ground level.
The water-themed plan incorporates bike paths, pedestrian pathways, water taxis and marina areas for large-vessel yachting close to the residential units.
